Our Team
Jim Ghanayem, Senior Pastor
The Lord has given Jim, a native Marylander, a great desire to reach Maryland with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He loves to preach, teach, help people grow spiritually, and present the gospel to all who realize their need for a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pastor Jim has earned a doctorate in pastoral theology (D.Pas.Th.) from Bob Jones University. He also holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries, an M.A. in Biblical Exposition, and an M.Div. from Pensacola Theological Seminary/PCC.
Enric Lopez, Elder
A native Marylander, Enric and his wife Miranda each have a B.A. in Bible from Northland International University. Enric coordinates the Adult Bible Seminars and is involved in several other leadership capacities and Miranda coordinates our children's Sunday school program. We are very thankful to have this faithful couple serving with us! The Lopezes have been blessed with 4 children!
Harry Sollenberger, Elder
Harry Sollenberger serves as an Elder at Bethel Baptist Church. Along with his wife of 53 years, Joey, he has been active in studying and teaching God's Word through BSF and various ministries. They both have a love and compassion for ministering in the body of Christ, as well as sharing the good news of salvation through Jesus.
In addition to the leadership above, we also have Scripturally-qualified deacons who lead in meeting the physical needs of the church. Additionally, we have many faithful ministry directors who provide leadership in vital areas of discipleship and administraton.
