We provide a nursery ministry and age-appropriate classes during all services. Of course, if parents prefer to keep their children with them during the services and worship as a family, they are more than welcome to do so.
All children’s ministries follow careful guidelines. Every childcare worker is a member at Bethel Baptist Church and has successfully passed a background check. We require a minimum of two workers to be with the children at all times. We also require a parent’s signature when picking your child up from any children’s ministry.
Supervised nurseries for infant through age two are available during Sunday School and the Sunday morning service, freeing parents to worship, receive instruction, and participate in ministry. Two-year-old children remain separate from the infants and learn a simple Bible story.
On Wednesday evening, nursery is available through age 3.
Our caring, trusted nursery and children’s workers are properly screened.
Our nursery and children’s areas are in a safe and open environment, and they are also under recorded surveillance (currently being installed).
Nursing mothers, please ask a greeter about our private, comfortable areas for nursing your baby.

Morning Children’s Church
Children's church is geared for ages 3-5; Children ages 6-7 may attend children's church or the main service. After attending the worship service with their parents in the auditorium, children are dismissed to children’s church during the hymn before the sermon. We use a curriculum called Generations of Grace that focuses on seeing Jesus throughout the Bible.
Discipleship Focus: Bible content
vacation bible school
For one week each summer, our church hosts a neighborhood Vacation Bible School. We use this opportunity to disciple and evangelize our own children, as well as reach our community with Christ.
