Jim Ghanayem, Pastor

The Lord has given Jim, a native Marylander, a great desire to reach Maryland with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He loves to preach and teach, help people grow spiritually, and present the gospel to all who realize their need for a relationship with Jesus Christ. He loves reading, researching, outdoor activities, going to historical sites around the D.C./Maryland area, going on dates in Baltimore and Annapolis with his wife, and spending time with his family. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries an M.A. in Biblical Exposition, and M.Div from Pensacola Christian College/Theological Seminary. Additionally, he has earned his doctorate in Pastoral Theology from Bob Jones University. Elizabeth was raised in Greeneville, TN, and met Jim in college where she received a degree in Elementary education with a minor in office administration. Jim and Elizabeth have three children.

Enric lopez,

Adult Education Director

A native Marylander, Enric and his wife Miranda both have a B.A. in Bible from Northland International University. Enric coordinates the Adult Bible Seminars and is involved in several other leadership capacities and Miranda coordinates our children's Sunday school program. We are very thankful to have this faithful couple serving with us! The Lopez's have been blessed with 4 children!

youth ministries directors

Josh and Julie live in Annapolis, MD and have three teenagers living at home as well as a recently married daughter. Prior to coming to BBC, Josh served as a youth director in Rochester, NY.

Carol masciarelli,

children’s ministries coordinator

In addition to her ministry at BBC, Carol serves as the Children's Supervisor for the Annapolis Evening Women's Class of Bible Study Fellowship. She has served on the BSF leadership team for the past thirteen years.


We also have Scripturally-qualified deacons who oversee the physical needs of the church and look forward to having more qualified elders in the future as the Lord provides.
